REFUNDS/EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns & Exchange Policy
At HIRU, we take pride in the quality of our products. To ensure hygiene and safety, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, we do offer exchanges in the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item.
Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are only available if the product arrives damaged or with a major defect.
The damaged item must be in its sealed condition to qualify for an exchange.
If, after opening the plastic wrapper, there is damage or a defect on the inside of the product, please take a photograph and provide it to us. This will be subject to a fair assessment, and an exchange will be provided if we determine the issue is from our side.
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for products that have been dropped or damaged after opening. However, if you believe there was an issue with the product from the start, we encourage you to reach out with photos, and we will do our best to assess the situation fairly.
To qualify, you must provide clear photo proof of the issue.
You must request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Process
Email info@shophiru.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and attached photos of the damaged or defective product.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
If approved, you will be provided with instructions on returning the item (if necessary).
Once we receive the damaged item (if applicable), we will process your exchange within 7-14 business days.
Important Notes
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same item is not available, we may offer a replacement in a similar shade or product category.
We do not accept exchanges for change of mind, incorrect shade selection, or slight color variations due to screen differences.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was incorrectly sent or arrived damaged.
